Beginning summer 2025 a digital parking permit is required to park on campus.

Student summer term parking is $50.

To order an official transcript, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Students who currently have access to MyMenlo can download a printer-friendly unofficial transcript on the 'My Overview' tab.

Enrollment Verifications:

If you need an enrollment or graduation verification, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). This service is available at any time with a minimal fee.

Please email registrar@menlo.edu if you are requesting a verification for either of the following:

Next semester/pre-registration verification
Fall is the current term and it is before October 1st
Spring is the current term and it is before March 1st

To satisfy STS 092 and STS 101 complete the modules below. Send your advisor the certificate of completion for STS 101

Fri Jan 9 – Last day to DROP a class without a “W”
Tue Jan 13 – Last day to withdraw with a “W”

Tue 20 – First day of semester
Mon 26 – Last day to ADD a class (waitlists close at 2 p.m.)
Mon 26 – Last day for 75% tuition refund for complete withdrawal

FEBRUARY
Mon 9 – Last day for 50% tuition refund for complete withdrawal
Fri 13 – Last day to DROP a class without a “W” (census date)

MARCH
Wed 11 – Career Connect Day
• No daytime classes
Fri 13 – Mid-semester grade reports due
Mon–Fri 16–20 – Spring recess (no classes)

Mon 30 – Graduation petition deadline for Fall 2026
