Beginning summer 2025 a digital parking permit is required to park on campus.

Student summer term parking is $50.

To order an official transcript, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Students who currently have access to MyMenlo can download a printer-friendly unofficial transcript on the 'My Overview' tab.

Enrollment Verifications:

If you need an enrollment or graduation verification, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). This service is available at any time with a minimal fee.

Please email registrar@menlo.edu if you are requesting a verification for either of the following:

Next semester/pre-registration verification
Fall is the current term and it is before October 1st
Spring is the current term and it is before March 1st

To satisfy STS 092 and STS 101 complete the modules below. Send your advisor the certificate of completion for STS 101

Mon 11 – Last day to ADD a class (Session I)

Fri 15 – Final Week schedule ends / Last day of spring semester

Sat 16 – Commencement

Sun 17 – Residence hall move-out for all students

Mon 18 – Fall registration begins for new students

Tue 19 – Final grade reports due (Spring)

Tue 19 – First day of summer session I

Tue 19 – Last day for 100% tuition refund (Session I)

Fri 22 – Last day to DROP a class without a “W” (Session I)

Mon 25 – Memorial Day (campus closed)

Wed 27 – Last day for 100% tuition refund (Session II)
