    Description

    MGT 327 BUSINESS ETHICS This course will help students reflect on the moral challenges and social dilemmas that people encounter in their business and professional lives. Students will explore and analyze conflicts between their personal values, expected codes of behavior, and operating procedures and norms in the workplace. Attention will be directed toward the examination of some central approaches to ethics and how these philosophical theories can be applied to business cases and contemporary management issues. PREREQ: MGT 217
