HUM 282 Art of the Memoir - This course helps students articulate their own story. By writing clearly about different aspects of their lives, students will have a stronger perspective on their past and on the larger world. Being able to express such a vision is key to writing a memoir, a poem, or a business plan. Student writing will be augmented with close analysis of master works in personal narrative. Prerequisite: ENG 100 “C-” or better. Cross-listed with LIT 282.
