Description
HRM 317 Talent Acquisition & Development: This course examines the function of staffing, including job analysis, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and the use of human resources related testing within organizational settings. This course also includes the function of employee training and development. The focus is on learning how to hire the right people for the job and the organization, and understanding the training processes model. Experiential learning elements of this course include simulation-based training, training project design and delivery, case analyses.
Prerequisite: HRM 300
