FIN 442 ENTREPRENEURIAL FINANCE This class examines the elements of entrepreneurial finance, focusing on startup ventures, the early stages of company development, and the IPO process. Topics include how much money to raise, when should money be raised, who should provide the financing, how to value a company, and how to structure funding. The perspectives of both the entrepreneur and the venture capitalist are considered.
