ART 150 WORLD ART: This course will survey the general historical context, style and iconography of a wide range of world art from 30,000 B.C.E. to the present. A strong emphasis of the course will be the acknowledgment of each culture?s achievements in its unique cultural and chronological context, and, whenever appropriate, an examination of cross-cultural contrasts and similarities.
