  • January 10 (Friday) Last day for 100% tuition refund for complete withdrawal
  • January 17-18 (Fri-Sat) New student orientation
  • January 17 (Friday) New student move-in day
  • January 19 (Sunday) Residence halls open for returning students
  • January 20 (Monday) Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday (no classes)
  • January 21 (Tuesday) First day of semester
  • January 24 (Friday) Last day to ADD a class (waitlists will close at 2pm)
  • January 27 (Monday) Last day for 75% tuition refund for complete withdrawal

February

  • February 10 (Monday) Last day for 50% tuition refund for complete withdrawal—no refunds after this date
  • February 14 (Friday) Last day to DROP a class without a ""W"—Census Date
    • After this date, courses withdrawn with a "W" grade will count toward billing units

March

  • March 14 (Friday) Mid-semester grade reports due
  • March 17-21 (Mon-Fri) Spring recess (no classes)
  • March 24 (Monday) Graduation petition due for fall 2025 (December 2025 graduation)
  • March 24 (Monday) Fall 2025 registration materials (classes) available
  • March 26 (Wednesday) Career Connect Day—no daytime classes
  • March 28 (Friday) Last day to withdraw from a class with a "W"
  • March 31 (Monday) Fall 2025 registration begins for seniors at 9pm
  • March 31 (Monday) Summer 2025 registration begins

April

  • April 1 (Tuesday) Fall 2025 registration begins for juniors at 9pm
  • April 2 (Wednesday) Fall 2025 registration begins for sophomores at 9pm
  • April 3 (Thursday) Fall 2025 registration begins for all continuing students at 9pm
