STS 100 Transition to College The purpose of this course is to help new students make a successful transition to Menlo College, both academically and personally. This course aims to promote engagement in the curricular and co-curricular life of the college, foster community engagement with a service project, articulate to students the expectations of the college and its faculty, help students develop and apply appropriate academic strategies to their coursework, and assist students as they continue to clarify their purpose, meaning, and direction.
