PSY 316 INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY This course will utilize lecture, class discussion, and individual student and/or group
presentations to provide an introductory survey of Industrial and Organizational psychology. Basic topics of inquiry will include the psychological industrial applications (e.g., selection, evaluation) and organizational applications (e.g., leadership, group processes). Theory and application will be explored and discussed as it applies to organizations. Prerequisite: PSY 101
