MGT 368 Digital Sales and CRM - This course is designed for students interested in learning how digital sales and new CRM technologies are integrated into today’s sales strategies. This course is interactive and experiential and includes completion of courses from LinkedIn Learning and Salesforce Trailhead. Students will learn the importance of adopting the digital marketing era tools in business development. Students will learn how to employ digital sales tools to maximize customer relationship management (CRM) as an integral sales component. Students will earn certificates and trails as part of the curriculum for the course. Prerequisites: MKT 216, MGT 367, upper-division standing
