Description

Entrepreneurship & Management in Action II - This course is the second part of a year-long student experience and learning journey designed to give students hands-on learning in entrepreneurship and management. Building on the foundational concepts learned in the first part of the course, students will be guided to move from planning through the process of launching and managing their own small, real business. Through practical exercises, teamwork, and faculty mentorship, students will navigate the complexities, challenges, and rewards of business creation, focusing on areas such as leadership, financial planning, marketing, and operations management. In this highly interactive, experiential course, students will launch a real-world business that is based on their learnings from MGT 101. Students will work in teams, make and sell products or services, and present their projects at a business showcase at the end of the semester. Prerequisite: MGT 101
