    MGT 101 Entrepreneurship & Management in Action 1 - MGT 101 Entrepreneurship & Management in Action 1 This course is the first part of a year-long student experience designed to provide hands-on
    learning experience in entrepreneurship and management. Throughout the course, students will
    be guided through the essential stages of launching and running their own real businesses,
    gaining a deep understanding of the real-world challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
    Through practical exercises, group work, and faculty mentorship, students will explore the
    challenges and rewards and develop fundamental skills of business creation, team leadership,
    financial planning, marketing, and operations management. The course is structured to simulate
    the entrepreneurial journey by learning the fundamentals to start and run their own venture.
    Student teams will be formed, and business ideas and business models will be created, preparing
    students to launch their ventures in the following s
