MCM 304 MEDIA MANAGEMENTThis course examines functions, techniques, and skillsinvolved in managing modern electronic media organizationswith a primary emphasis on leadership andorganization. Theoretical principles, organizationalstructures and legal regulations of managing televisionand other electronic media institutions are analyzed.Practical experience is gained in the completion ofmanagement tasks in the areas of promotions, advertisingand programming at Menlo College media facilities.
