Description
ACC 300 ACCOUNTING ETHICS This course will provide accounting students with the outline of the Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA Code) and the fiduciary duties as accountants such that they will understand their roles to enforce accounting rules as stipulated by the Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP). The course will utilize the case method to examine ethical accounting issues that may arise in practice.
Prerequisite: ACC 201 "C- or better"
